High latency on Windows 7 64-bit

Hi
I have Notebook Dell Vostro 3700 with Windows 7 64-bit.
I have cracks audio when playing audio.

What I tried:
- Updated the BIOS.
- Reinstall Windows.
- Cheked all version of Nvidia driver

Used programs:
- Latency Monitor 6.71
- DPC Latency Checker 1.4.0

Problem drivers:
- nvlddmkm.sys
- dxgkrnl.sys
- ataport.sys
- usbport.sys
- hal.dll

Please help me

What version do you have NVIDIA graphics drivers installed in? Have you tried uninstalling them with DDU and reinstalling them without unnecessary software?

Nvidia driver latest 342.01-notebook-win8-win7-64bit-international. The last time I installed the OS I did not install the nvidia graphics driver at all.
I also tried previous versions of the nvidia driver for my videocard, but it didn't help.

Never install:
- Nvidia Experience
- 3D Vision

Is Malwarebytes installed? If so, attempt to temporarily remove it.

No, only antivirus. Now the sound is normal without cracking. Nvidia driver did not install.
