High DPC Latency most likely nvlddmkm.sys

Hello.


I am running Windows 7 (64) and am having latency issues. I ran an xperf and the results showed a large spike on nvlddmkm.sys (Actual Duration 688). I reinstalled the nvidia driver and it did not solve the problem, nor did performing a Windows Memory Test, which found no problems. In addition I made sure Windows Update had everything up to date. Last week the latency was spiked nearly all the time, but now it just comes and goes. Here are some shots:
