Hi all,

I have been suffering with high DPC latencies every since I've built my PC (around June). This issue has persisted through a fresh Windows 10 install, as well as a fresh Windows 11 install. Running out of ideas on how to identify the issue.

I have used Latencymon and some days there is not latency at all and others constant issues.

Stuff I've tried:
- Removed Realtek
- Updated all of the drivers
- Removed unused drivers
- Updated the BIOS
- Fresh install
- Disable aspects of Corsair ICUE

Wondering if anyone could shed some light or inspire a new solution?

Some specs / data:

Machine:
Windows 11 21H2
12600K
RTX 3080 12gb (TUF)
Asus TUF Z690

Happy to provide any extra details

Thanks in advance!

Hi Flokiman,

I did sadly, I believe in my case it was a hardware issue with the CPU pins on the motherboard, ended up buying a new mb which did not have this issue.

Hey I am very surprised it was the mobo pins.. I did have to send my first mobo back as it would not post or get any display. Anyway i've had some stutter in games with my new rig and have been trying to work out if it's just stutter due to the game and engine, or nvidia driver etc. Anyway I'd love some input because I basically disabled a ton of software and disabled unecessary services and ran latency mon again because my results were shocking. I just measured over 20k in measure to interrupt latency within 2 minutes... The odd thing is though my audio is perfectly fine and clearly not lagging. Infact I just finished up hi fi rush a few days ago and it was extremely stutter free compared to some other games and I noticed no audio issues, which I would expect if I was having genuine audio delay issues with it being a ryhtm game and all. Anyway the first image with the super high 20k latency is with no software running pretty much and av disabled. The 2nd image interestingly enough is while I have plex paused, have cowon audio playing 4 or so tracks from windrose and typing this message out...
What I am trying to get to the bottom of is if I should even be concerned, and maybe it is a latency mon bug.

latest bios* not latency to not cause confusion. I know the 2nd image suggests that the only thing causing issues is the nvidia driver. I also have steam,ICUE and everything else running in the 2nd image.
