Glad to have joined this site. I have had trouble with my Windows 7 Home Premium refusing to update. Tried all the usual troubleshooting and repair methods available through Microsoft, as well as the heroic efforts from another forum, but no luck.

Will be posting info soon of my laptop headaches!
