Hey there, I work with a small crew at a Pediatrics clinic. I get the jobs no one else wants, including IT. Good news is I am learning lots of new stuff. Bad news is I need to learn lots of stuff every day to be able to keep up with demands, requests, etc.
Its fun and challenging, but sometimes I find myself frustrated at my inability to identify root causes (and more often good resources) to solve the daily IT issues. Sysnative.com seems like a really cool community of folks who can possibly help us with some of our issues.
Most recent issue I just posted. MS and Dell seem to be unable to help (both pointing fingers at each other).
Anyhoo, thanks for creating such a cool community.
