Hello,

I'm Glosterian1955 from England, who's been thrilled to find you since the way that the latest Windows Updates seems to have mangled my sound on PC.

Away from this chaos I'm a family type and my work is supporting a Helpline who advise bereaved families.

I'm also a bit of an avid gamer; built my own computer (just the one!) with support from a guy on the internet who shows you step by step...so I know enough to 'dabble' but probably not much more. What could possibly go wrong!?

Actually, I've gone today to Crucial and they have provided the info I need for a successful 'fix.' So I'm a happy bunny and don't need help! But importantly - I do know exactly where Sysnative is from now on, in case of future need. Thanks all!
