I took a virus which is now gone, am trying to repair damage, have done every, dism / sfc...etc. since getting virus scan to run the error message is now as follows-- "WOF driver encountered a corruption..."
The original error message of bad image, "system32/(several diff).dll's is either not designed to run"... is still on my screen permanently with it pointing to several .dll files with bad image. One of the main issues is that it blocks other files from opening as it pushes them farther down the parent tree
I downloaded the sfc fix and it is one of the few files that will open but it is just a black box with the appropriate sysnative logo and info but it is just a cursor blinking and not what is showing in step 3.
Thanks in advance for anyones help, happy to donate to a good cause if it fixes my issue that's been going on for nearly two weeks while in China Virus isolation.
