Please remove these programs and revert back the changes they have made using a restore point or another backup, some programs from IObit can cause a system to become unbootable like Advanced SystemCare.
Driver Booster is a useless program, Malware Fighter I see as a bad replica of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware due to the theft.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate Public
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 8 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 8 Public
Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 3 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 3 Public
Start Menu\Programs\IObit Malware Fighter Public:Start Menu\Programs\IObit Malware Fighter Public
Start Menu\Programs\IObit Uninstaller Public:Start Menu\Programs\IObit Uninstaller Public
Start Menu\Programs\Smart Defrag Public:Start Menu\Programs\Smart Defrag Public
NOTE: I did not analyze the dumps, I just wanted to say this :smile9:

I would like to give this a shot :smile9:
Please note, I am no kernel dump analyst like many are, this means that certain things that may be present in a kernel dump only I could miss. In some cases they return in the minidumps but that does not often happen.

Please check Dell for BIOS updates.

Please increase the free space to at least 15% free space, Windows needs 10-15% free space to perform background stuff, >15% is to be on the safe side.
