Help with freezing in windows explorer

Hi, I'm using windows 10. When I'm in file explorer, when I try to choose to play a video file, the system freezes up on me. I tried your sfsfix, but it found no corrupted sections. Do you guys have anything else that I can try? Thank you.

Start with: Using DISM (Deployment Imaging Servicing and Management) and SFC (System File Checker) to Repair Windows 8 & 10

Does it freeze for a few seconds or does it lock up and you need a restart?
