Hi,
The attached DMP file is of the DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4) bugcheck.
Despite its name, it failed to detect a 3rd party device driver that is possibly causing corruption. Instead, it's flagging ndis.sys which is the NDIS 6.20 system driver (not the true cause). A brand new computer crashing so early is very indicative of hardware failure, especially considering verifier is failing to flag a device driver.
My advice? Rather than slaving over hardware diagnostics, since it's so new, I'd contact the manufacturer and demand a replacement ASAP. If you'd like though, if you attached all the DMP's we could take a look anyway at what else there may be.
Regards,
Patrick
