I'm currently running a Lenovo Y530 which has been giving me wireless issues for a month now. I don't have connectivity problems, per se, than I just lose internet to my computer. I'm still connected to the router/modem, Chrome just won't load the page (I know it's not chrome because I've been able to recreate this error with firefox and IE). It's also not my router, because I can connect just fine with my iPod, and a different computer within the household. When I reboot, my lenovo connects just fine. Recently, however, the problem been getting more frequent.
Help?!?!

IPConfig and Xirrus are attached.
ISP: At&T
Broadband: DSL
Antivirus: Norton
Router:Belkin N750
Modem: Netgear ADSL2

Thanks
Dan

If other machines work but the one machine starts failing, we can at least say starting with tshooting on that machine is a best course of action. One question I have, though, is have you tested connectivity other than just web browsing when the issue occurs? Say, trying FTP connections to an FTP server or RDP connections to another machine somewhere? It'd be interesting to see if it's just web browsing that breaks, or all connectivity over TCP.

You're talking a whole different language than I am, haha. Explain how I would go about doing this when the problem occurs next time?

Hi Dan,

In addition, you may change your wireless channel to 6 or other channels and see if it will make a big difference.

-Try a wired connection as well to see if the wireless is your only issue.

-Boot to Safe Mode with Networking by restarting your computer, tap F8 then select this option and see if you're able to replicate your issue.

-Refreshing your wireless profiles by deleting them, then re-add you own SSID(wireless network) might also help.
How to remove the existing wireless network profile in Windows 7 - Welcome to TP-LINK

- Update your Intel Wi-Fi driver to the current one.
IntelĀ® Driver Update Utility

- Disable your Norton temporarily if above suggestions didn't help.

An update will be appreciated.

Dan, I agree with 2X, you have to change the channel your wireless router is using to channel 6 or 1. You're currently on the same channel as your closest neighbor (belkin.aae).

Here's a link to the drivers for your Lenovo, though they aren't very current for your Intel card.
