Help, Windows 8.1 have tons of Problems!

Hi everyone!

Since I've installed Windows 8.1, I've been experiencing much trouble like beeing unable to update the os with Windows Update with error code:8024402C, turn off the randomly monitor and didn't turn on again, or in baddest case, system freezing totally.

This my CBS log and my SFCfix log :

Unable to update with Windows Update with error code: WindowsUpdate_8024402C OR WindowsUpdate_dt000.
I run Windows Update Diagnostic didn't change anything. Unable to fix this Problem Service registration is missing or corrupt and Problem installing recent updates.
SFC Output : Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I try : system refresh didn't fix.
system reset didn't fix.
sfc /scannow didn't fix.
I also tried DISM to restore health but it also fails.

Please help me. Thanks.

Have you tried with Windows firewall disabled? Or are you using another firewall?
Which antivirus are you using? Free, pro, or which version?
Have you uninstalled any antivirus recently? (for example, the antivirus blunded with Windows 8/8.1 --- I had Norton on mine)

In addition to answering xilolee's excellent questions, can you tell me where you got your SFCFix script from? It doesn't appear to be written for your computer, and may well have caused more problems and fixed none (I can't tell from your CBS log).

Yes I've already checked, but nothing fix my problem. Something weird with my proxy server I get Error Code : 0x8024402c.
And when I tried netsh winhttp reset proxy
Current WinHTTP proxy settings:
Direct access (no proxy server).

Win Store Fixed, when I use DUN (Dial-Up Networking) in my Sierra Wireless Aircard 881U. Ip configuration detected as not valid ip configuration when I used WLAN only on my Network adpter (Automatic). I dont't know what happened.
 
Finally I fixed windows updates problem issue in my windows 8.1!
Try to download stand alone updates from Microsoft : (KB2883200)
Restart and anything fixed!
