Then when i try to windows starts to download then stops and i get these 2 messages: 1. The next Windows feature update is ready and includes reliability, performance and security improvements. 2.A current driver on your PC may be better than the driver we're trying to install. I have found these and created a fix for you. Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it. Save any open documents and close all open windows. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it. SFCFix will now process the script. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put

tags around the log to break up the text. Once you have done this I will give you further instructions. Attachments SFCFix.zip 1 MB · Views: 2

That confirms that the files were all successfully copied. The next step is to verify that there are no further files that need replacing. Type cmd in the search box and select Command Prompt Run as administrator When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth After this has completed please copy the latest CBS.log file and attach it into your next post for me to check.

Please run the following script so that I can explore the files which are on your system. Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. Download the attached file, SFCFixScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFixScript.txt - do not rename it. Save any open documents and close all open windows. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFixScript.txt. Drag the file SFCFixScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it. SFCFix will now process the script. Upon completion, a log should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt. Attach this file into your next post for me to analyse please. Attachments SFCFixScript.txt 90 bytes · Views: 1

You appear to have the Adobe Flash Player still installed on your system. This is now no longer required and Microsoft has removed it from their OS. It will create a text file on your desktop with the system information for your PC and will remove any personal data associated with Owner. If you spot any other personal data in the file that you are not happy with sharing please remove it before uploading it into your next post. I want to check the hotfixes amongst other things. systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp"&findstr /v "Owner." "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp" > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&del "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp"

If you just run the systeminfo command it will create the text output in your Command prompt window. Just cut and paste that into a new text file and delete any personal data before uploading it.

Easiest way is to right click on the Command Prompt window title bar and select "Edit" then "Select All". Right click again and select Edit then select Copy. You can then paste the text into your next post or paste it into a new text file on your desktop and remove any lines with personal data. If it is too complicated for you then just say I and I will think of another approach.
