i am unable to install sp1 windows 7 i install rediness tool no help and your self care softawre the sent all the logs please help me

i did what you said when i try to copy i get this message "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wat\watweb.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains error.Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support so i uploaded the image to get the exact screnario
