Help Fixing Windows Update

Hello,

Trying to see what all is causing a failed update to install. Server 2022 Datacenter 21h2.

I have tried:

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
chkdsk r/ f
sfc /scannow
Deleteing and redownloading the software distribution folder
Downloading the update directly from microsoft catalog to try and install manually.

None have worked and unsure what to do next. Update in question is KB5042881
