[help]Can't install KB5030216 on Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition

I'm about to respond on this thread but got closed 2 minutes before clicking reply so I'm reopening it via another thread.

I hope Gary would noticed this post but moving forward, We've been having a trouble installing this KB even after performing the below steps.

1. sfc /scannow (successful)
2. dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
3. dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /startcomponentcleanup

try to to run dism /online /Get-CurrentEdition and it looks ok as well. See below image for your reference
