Hi Everyone! :wave: I am essentially illiterate when it comes to computer issues, and I have actually never joined or posted on any sort of forum before. It seems the people/help here are genuine, though, so I decided to jump in and see if I could find the help I needed. So often, when I am looking for help with my computer, most of what I read makes absolutely no sense to me, so I hope I am able to adequately express myself and understand the responses I might get. :smile9:
