Just joined today in an effort to find some help fixing a co-workers PC. Looking forward to discussing issues on this forum.

What is the issue? I can point you in the right direction of where to create a thread if you want.

I just ran the SFCFix program and it repaired two files. A subsequent SFC /Scannow returned no integrity violations. However, there are still issues with the PC. I assume I should post a thread in the Windows Update section or perhaps the browser section... the issue is that Internet Explorer will not update and the various error codes are 8007002 and 3715, along with a "Service Registration is missing or corrupt". If you could point me to the proper area to begin a thread that would be most helpful.
 
If there are no corruptions then yes, the browser section would be the best to start with.
