Hello - interesting site

Hi, I found this site whilst trying to cure my Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10 failure.
I am currently trying an install now via a ISO download so fingers crossed. (But if this fails I might need some assistance because I have implemented most common suggestions mentioned on the web for this update error)

This is my failure message:
