Hello everyone, Im not sure where I should post about it so I decide to do it here.
I have problem with Backup and Restore tool in Windows 10. During backup process I get error 0x81000019. In which section should I post about it?

Shadow Copy issues

Moved thread from the Introductory Thread as per the OPs request.

Hello and Welcome to Sysnative! Your question should be posted in our Windows 10 Forum.

Regarding the error:

  1. Open Explorer (Win-E keyboard shortcut)
  2. Go to the following path:
    Code:
    %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\<version number>
  3. Delete all the numbered folders in the above directory
  4. Re-run Windows Backup

Could you move topic to the right section please?

I don't have folder named Sun or Java etc in %appdata% directory (including Local, LocalLow, Roaming)

Re: Shadow Copy issues

No.

What is your original question/issue re: Shadow Copy?

I'm confused by this thread at this point.

He posted the question in his introductory thread which I have moved.

I found your other thread and merged the two threads.

Your initial issue is now contained in your post #1 in this thread.

Thanks, I will check it.

What's the size of your System Reserved Partition? How much free space do you have?

Partition size is 1020 MB. In windows disks management it is 100% free but 3rd party software (partition wizard free 10.3) shows 48 MB used.
