You won't be able to debug a Windows process using WinDbg, unless you have the correct debugging symbols for the application.

Have you tried running the System File Checker from command prompt:

VIRTUAL DISK SERVICE (VDS) DISK MANAGEMENT
Heap corruption is very bad since it means that memory in the process is smashed (overwritten). This typically occurs when an application allocates a block of heap memory of a given size and then writes to memory addresses beyond the requested size of the heap block. Heap corruption can also occur when an application writes to block of memory that has already been freed. Such corruption can cause misbehavior and even crashes.
 
Are you using the standard Disk Management utility provided by Windows or using a third-party program for disk management? The reason I'm asking is because it appears that the call stack has a call to a Python/Windows library commonly utilised by third-parties developing Windows programs.

Okay, it seems that you're using the standard Disk Management utility, are you running any other applications at the time of the crash? Could you please follow the BSOD Posting Instructions thread too, while I understand you're not experiencing a BSOD, there are many other logs which are gathered by the collection tool which will be useful in our debugging efforts.
 
It's a bad direction. This is not a BSOD.
I tried to reproduce the problem using the Windbg tool (Microsoft). He clearly stated that this is a heap corruption. It will never work (always freeze). I do not know if there is a rational solution to my error. Of course, I can use an alternative disk management program, but I want to know the reason for the Microsoft Windows problem.

Could you please use an alternative file sharing site such as Dropbox or OneDrive? The website appears to be blocked by Malwarebytes.

Yes, I saw that it also collects private data, which I do not intend to show, even the names of files, programs and passwords in my documents and more.

The Sysnative file collection tool does not collect personal information such as passwords. It collects error logs which are usually used in debugging.
 
As I mentioned earlier, which applications (if any?) are running at the time of the crash?
 
As the user has indicated the problem is fixed, this thread is now closed.
