Hi,
My wife has a AIO 700-24ISH All-in-One (ideacentre) - Type F0BE001FUK which, until a day or two ago has been performing brilliantly. Suddenly it started to give BSODs when booting - many and various "Stop Codes" and when it did boot up it was slow and unstable. I know enough about PCs to try and rectify the problem and I have concentrated on using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to repair W10. However, things have got worse. I cannot repair the installation or restore a system image or restore point and the PC cannot now find an operating system. Furthermore using a W10 installation disk (prepared from an ISO file) I cannot reinstall W10 on the appropriate partition on the C drive. I am of the opinion that it may be an HDD problem. I suppose I could remove the HDD and try formatting it externally, but the system is still under warranty, could be worse. Has anyone any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jim
