Hello everyone, I need a little help. Have sourced some files and replaced them in my adventure to make Vista Windows Updates operational again... kind of stuck though and would appreciate a little help.

So, getting an (Error 9C48) when trying to update Windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Vista

There were 4 missing package files, two of which I already replaced. The other two however are elusive and I know it must be in some other iteration of IE9 or in a service pack file but I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

P.S. I am unsure what to do with the key that needs repair...

Thanks BrianDrab! Any idea about the "key to be repaired: wcm://Microsoft-Windows-CoreOS?version=6.0.6002.18971&language=neutral&processorArchitecture=x86&publicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35&versionScope=nonSxS&scope=allUsers\metadata\elements\ComputerName" ?
