Due to some issues starting with Steam, I have come to find my D: drive claims to need repairing. the event viewer had this to show after error checking.
Chkdsk was executed in scan mode on a volume snapshot.

When I do a Chkdsk it says repairs need to be done, but this seem to say otherwise? I assume I just don't understand it. I also noticed it says C: drive but this was performed on the D: drive. I checked the C: drive and it is fine.
