hard drive is readable but cannot be formatted

Hello,
Have my 320GB hard drive that computer can recognize it,
tried to destroy all partition using Diskpart in cmd or Disk management non of them was able to delete or format the drive.
any way to get this drive to work ?

You have not given us enough information. Is this an internal or external drive. In (or attached to) what computer is this going. What OS?

I have had great luck with EASEUS Partition Master Home Edition which if free for home, non-commercial use.

It was pulled from a laptop and it is connected to a Win 10 desktop

I tried Partition Master and it actually lists the hard drive but when apply changes it does not take any action.

Can you use the drive otherwise - NOT as a boot drive, but regular storage?

That's strange I erased the partition but in Computer still showing the partitions. No I cannot use the hard.

What do you mean you "erased" the partitions? Partitions have to be "removed" or "deleted". Erased just suggests (to me anyway) you erased or deleted the files inside the partitions.
