hal.dll 12a3b BSOD in WIN 7 x64

Hi guys,
I have Gaming rig which I use to fly in flight simulator X.
My i54670k is overclocked to 4.4Ghz with manual voltage at 1.25 enabled.
I have read your post and followed all the steps.
Could you please take a look at my faulty system?
