Got Black Screen with cursor only, cannot open task manager (ctrl+alt+del)

Hi. Above are my problem. My laptop use window 7, Toshiba Satellite. In addition, i run chkdsk and the result shows c is dirty. Then try system restore also cannot work because "windows can't check the disk while it's in use". Then try download malwarebyte, run the scan and quarantine the items. Also cannot. And also download the sfcfix and below is the result :

For your information, all process mention above run in safe mode as this pc only running in safe mode. Please help. Thanks.
