The launch of the Google Drive service at the end of April set up a head-to-head with Microsoft's established SkyDrive offering. We take a look to see which service will best suit your business needs.
Capacity and pricing
Google account holders automatically get 5GB of storage for Google Drive at no extra charge. Microsoft's SkyDrive tops this by offering 7GB for free. Both firms offer considerably more space for a fee.Microsoft's SkyDrive is significantly cheaper than Google Drive.
Google has yet to release UK pricing for Google Drive. Based on US pricing users can opt for storage anywhere between 25GB for $2.49 a month to a mammoth 16TB for $799.99 a month
