Hard. - Emptyage - Mat Honan's Tumblr What a mess. Social engineering used on AppleCare geniuses and they had enough info about Mat to actually get them to think they were Mat and got them to issue a temporary password to his iCloud account. And the rest is history....big mess. Mostly fixed but this should not be able to happen.
