getting error (0x80073701) when installing Cumulative update ((KB5044281))

Hello
I'm trying to install Cumulative updates 2024-10 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044281) but getting error (0x80073701). SFC scan and DISM all report no issues. I tried to removed superseded packages but getting error
