Getting a BSOD

I'm getting a BSOD. Could you please help me solve this problem?

While installing Malwarebytes I received a Real-Time protection error.

I did get Malwarebytes installed correctly.
It didn't find any problems.

I would strongly suggest upgrading from Windows 7 too, their LTS ended back in 2020, please see the following thread - Still running Windows 7? Read this first!
