Facebook Isn't Listening
A few weeks ago, Facebook announced that it will use hidden tracking pixels in its 'Like' button to track users across the entire web in order to re-target ads. Even if you choose to set your browser so that websites don't track your movements, Facebook's new method ignores this preference setting. This means your browsing activities are monitored even after you log out of the social networking site.
