Hi all,

have had this issue since I got a 3070 last year.

Every game will stutter/pause for a split second when loading new textures/animations. Some textures will take a while to load when the rest of the scene is fine. Borderlands 3 is the most impacted game I have tried, whilst some run perfectly fine (Red dead).

I have tried:

- Reinstalling nearly every version of windows 10
- Nearly all the available Nvidia drivers for my card
- Changing settings in Nvidia control panel
- I've replaced every component in my PC since I got the card, motherboard included.
- I put my friends 1050ti in and the issue remained (?)
- Tightening DRAM timings and using stock settings
- Windows LTSC. My latency was 6us on desktop (Amazing!). Nvidia and chipset drivers only installed, no bloatware at all .But still stuttered in game.
- Undervolting/clocking card.
- Bcdedit's
- Unplugging all peripherals while game running
- Different power settings in Windows
- Enabling and disabling power/CPU settings in BIOS.
- So much more than I can't remember.. But nearly every solution that I've seen online.
