Gaming Laptop plagued with BOSDs

Hi !
I have bought an Asus G751JY for my wife Birthday thinking she would be able to play many games on it.
Which was a big big error since that computer is BOSDs nest from day 1.
I have look around many forums to find a solution but nothing worked.
Her computer as an extra 16GB Ram (2x8GB)

Symptoms

She plays GuildWars 2 or SecondLife or even Sims 4
Computers randomly hangs and crash
She uses Maya or Photoshop
Computers randomly hangs and crash

BOSD message

• Driver IRQL not less or equal
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
• ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (fc)
• DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
• SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

What I have tried so far

• update drivers from manufacturer (nvidia intel, etc...)
• reverting to ASUS G751 drivers only
• Full reinstall of Win8.1 without Asus bloatwares
• Driver Verifier (rzpmgrk.sys caused a driver violation=> unintalled razer drivers=> still BOSD)
• Memtestx86 for a week
• First without upgrade on retail 16GB ram (can't remove ram sticks to test 1 by 1 as I would have to open PC and therefore void waranty) - 8 passes
  Then 1 extra ram stick tested a time - 8 passes
• OCCT for 4hrs
• Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit 4hrs no error

Nothing fixed the BOSDs, so time has come for me to ask for help

I have moved her userfiles on the D drive to not clutter her System SSD, which SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe doesn't seem to like

There is a problem with the Environement variables on this system.
Unable to determine the location of the Documents or Desktop folders.

perfmon/report gave me the following error
An error occured while attempting to generate the report.
The operator or administrator has refused the request.
It was done from an administrative command window

Unfortunately your Minidumps.zip are only 22 Bytes in size, pretty useless. :wave:

In other words, your dumps are corrupt (or at least your zip).
