Games can't detect Visual C++ 2015

Bought Deep Rock Galactic and Conan Exiles on steam and both games say i need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015. Already had it installed. Tried to uninstall and reinstall 2015, uninstall game and 2015, then reinstall 2015, then game. No matter what i do it won't work.

Have you run updates?

I had a game tell me I needed Visual C++ 2008. I said, install it. I have 2 versions of it on my 32 bit desktop. My 64 bit netbook has 3 versions of x86 and 2 versions of x64 of Visual C++ 2008. Perhaps your games require a different version than the one you've installed. I don't have Visual C++ 2015 so I'm not sure how many versions there are.

Spend some time at the steam site and you'll see this has been an ongoing issue since 2015.

yes, and as you can see on the deep rock galactic thread i have already tried that and several other ways of fixing it. I am the same Maverick there.

how i fix it for win 10 was Download Visual C++ Runtime Installer (All-In-One) v56 went there and had it reinstall all c++ drivers and it did fine after i restarted once it was complete.
