Fresh Windows server 2016 sfc scan report error

Hi
I just installed a fresh windows 2016 server, applied all updates and ready to go.
I just ran the sfc scannow and it detected an error, and it will detect it again and again every time even if it says fixed.

Should I ignore this error or there is a fix around?

DISM /RestoreHealth Scan

1. Right-click on the Start
   
   button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter
   
   Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
   
   Wait for this to finish before you continue
   
   copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt
   
   
3. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please zip and attach this to your next post.
