Frequent Bluescreens for the past month

Hello guys,
I'm searching for answers for the past month but all comes out empty, hope you can help-

- I had couple of BSODs last month while gaming, nothing fancy, just had to restart the computer each time.
- PC went through series of stress and hardware tests in laboratory last month, results were fine.
- MemTest and HDD tests came out fine as well.

Still, for the past 3 days I'm having frequent crashes (while gaming [happens consistently] or sometimes even just browsing) that cause a chain of events which lead to MORE Bluescreens with different reason codes, among these:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, or just blue screens with no explanations.

Most of the times, I'm having trouble even booting, I have to disconnect every single cable connected (just in case, but looks like it helps), switching the DVI between my graphics card and motherboard several times just to get a picture of BIOS stuck while loading and switch off the power supply, it usually take up to 5-6 minutes to boot in such cases.
I had to format Windows for a second time now because of corruption of system files due to these issues.
Even updated the BIOS firmware to the latest version.

I'm clueless.
Right now I'm working without trouble, but I'm sure its just a matter of time until the next crash. USB-Wise, only mouse (Zowie EC2) and keyboard (Razer Blackwidow) are connected.
(I can easily reproduce such crashes if I start playing or enabling driver verifier [in such case though I can't even boot into safe mode])

Hi -

The bugchecks on the 3 dumps -
0x4e - page table entry or page frame number is corrupted ("page" as in page file)
0x139 - kernel component has corrupted a critical data structure
0x1a - severe memory management error

We are most likely dealing with unknown hardware failure here v. software (3rd party driver)

I know that you saud you ran these tests but please run them again.

You have a 120 GB SSD (Samsung SSD 840 Series) - go to manufacturer's support site and assure that firmware is upgraded -

Test RAM - memtest86+ - run 1 stick at a time; alternate the slots - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/3909-test-ram-memtest86.html

With all of the different problems, it may be a mobo issue, but there is no way to check with a diagnostic app. Only replacing it will tell you for sure.

Be sure to check for the SSD firmware update. SSDs can give off RAM look-alike bugchecks because of its solid state nature.
