freezing and restarting PC

Hey guys!
I need help i want to ask why comp is propretly freezing and restarting.. its 3 years old now and i cant solve problem..im using him maybe if i count a half year because of that and rest one is on repairs or its not working.. I tried to test all components with different softwares but it wont to show what is the problem.. If you know maybe what it can be please help me..
Components are:
Cpu: intel i7 7700k
Gpu: asus rog strix 1080
Ram:32gb
Cooling: nzxt kraken x72
Power supply: corsair tx 850
Motherboard: maximus ix formula

What are you doing when it locks up? Are there any signs of overheating if you check the system temperatures?
