Hello and welcome to Sysnative!

Step#1 - FRST Scan

1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
3. Please ensure you place a check mark in the Addition.txt check box at the bottom of the form before running (if not already).
4. Press Scan button.
5. It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should now be the desktop)
6. Please attach the log back here.
7. Another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST64.exe) will be generated Please also attach that along with the FRST.txt in your reply.

I see from your first post that you are using MSI afterburner. Turn off any OC'ing settings you have enabled. That GTX 1060 is just an entry level GPU. That said...turn off all OC's as I stated and then check your game settings....adjust them to low and test for stuttering. If that seems fine....then go to a medium setting and test.

Next....make sure you have all the latest drivers for that mobo installed and also the latest GPU driver. Also check your BIOS for an updated version.

I don't overclock my gpu all set default. all drivers updated even motherboard bios and vbios for gtx 1060

lowering settings didn't help ı try it before.

If you don't OC....why do you have MSI afterburner? That's all that software is for....to OC GPU's.

Ok....that some what eliminates the hardware aspect....but I still have a hunch that it's hardware/driver related. Now, lets look at what games you play and the minimum requirements for those games.

games i tested; Euro Truck Simulator 2,csgo,bf4,bf3,battlefield battlefront,bf1,insurgency,day of ınfamy, league of legends,H1Z1,rising storm2,rising storm vietnam, project cars and EVEN UNTURNED.

so its happening with every game multiplayer or singleplater no matter.

logitech g300s mouse
logitech g105 keyboard.

no dpc latency problem
all drivers and bios and vbios gpu updated.
ı have install windows 10,8.1,7 no changes.
ssd firmware is update(there is no update)

ı have try every tweak ı found for windows or nvidia control panel nothing helps.

ı think this is a input lag problem between gpu and display
I am using dp cable which came with monitör
i did try to set "no-scaling / display" nvcp didnt help.
Also disabled every power saving option in bios.

ı send gpu to warranty they say there is no problem with deep tests, upgraded psu there is still problem. what ı should do ? do you think motherboard is problem ?

Pls help me
