Does anyone know of a way to make these Internet Explorer side bars available without creating a new Windows user?
I actually don't even understand how the workaround I discovered makes the explorer bars available in that user. Does anyone know the security features of Windows well enough to explain to me why the workaround steps I discovered make the Internet Explorer add-ons available in that user account?
