Turn Off/On Windows Feature window blank

How may I reinstall MSIE11?

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo
Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart"
I did a SFC/scannow and all is well...no errors.

Please find log files attached.
Thanks, Don

Hi Don. Please note your logs did not get attached.

Also, please provide more information. What version of Windows? What happened to IE11 that was installed?

Also, just to make sure, note there is a space after sfc so it should look like this; sfc /scannow or else it will not work correctly.

I had MSIE11 install, but on a lark I double-clicked the IE11-Windows6.1-x64-en-us.exe and it said IE11-Windows6.1-x64-en-us wasn't fully installed (broken??), I removed it by the command-line string in prior message.

Now, my email links don't work, I have no way to restore IE11 or 10.

BTW: MSIE needed to view Event Manager Panel!

FYI: Win7x64 16GB RAM
SFC: No errors
Turn Off/On Windows Feature window OK, No Internet Explorer checkbox.

Thanks, Donald

FIXED:
[Restored MSIE11 x64 from backup into both Program Files(x86) and Program Files, Ran a Wise(tm) Registry Cleaner, Optimize Registry, Rebooted. Turned Off Bitdefender Free AV, Ran Windows Update and MSIE11 x64 showed up, it worked.]

Now, my email links don't work, I have no way to restore IE11 or 10. [Fixed: Make MSIE11 Default Browser then switch back...links OK].

Turn Windows Feature on or off: OK
BTW: MSIE needed to view Event Manager Panel!
