Hello Riadh,

Welcome to Sysnative.

You can use the official tools for SSD hard drives from samsung.

Also there is FLTMGR.SYS blue screen, can you please confirm if you are using any 3rd party AV software?

Many thanks,
Andy

Hi
i have been using only samsung magician and samsung data migration i have never used any third party softwares . i only use windows default firewall and windows defender

i run Harddisk sentinel and it says that

The status of the solid state disk is PERFECT. Problematic or weak sectors were not found.
The TRIM feature of the SSD is supported and enabled for optimal performance.

In this case the hard drive is physically healthy.

Edit: Sorry missed the previous post.

In this case this is caused via drivers.

Could you please try the procedure here.

Please read well the content because you can literally destroy your windows in case of mistake.

Many thanks,
Andy

HI I have already performed the necessary steps as shown in this articles ans windows rebooted without any problems https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...er-bsod-related-windows-10-8-1-8-7-vista.html i checked the system temperature and health and nothing supicious but while i was working i encountered anotherBSOD and the error code it displayed was different from the previous ones.

I use samsung magician to configure my ssd and the software doesn`t display any anomalies the temperature is excellent the health is excellent and the firmware is updated.

Im not sure but i think that i encounter the bsod when i do multitasking

Can you please run RAM test.

I will amend MemTest86 can be found in every linux live CD or hirensboot.

Also change your power settings to full performance.

Is your motherboard BIOS version updated?

by the way is this clean installation of Windows 10 ?

The computer model you are using have NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M, did you installed the last drivers manually or you left the Windows 10 updates to install them?

Hi
I have just updated the bios
the windows reinstallation wasn`t clean
no actually i have nvidia 710 M

So basically you upgraded to Windows 10 on the old hard drive and after that clone image on the new one?

Old BIOS version might cause some trouble with SSD hard drive as well.

Can you please confirm what was the version of Windows before you have upgraded?

when i bought the pc there was windows 8 then i upgraded to windows 8.1 then windows 10. then i cloned the windows 10 into my ssd and because of the blue screen errors i had to reinstall windows 10 but the problem hasn`t changed.
Yesterday i updated the bios now i`m gonna wait and see

Some other steps you might consider:

Step 1 : Perform clean boot

Step 2 : Remove all existing drivers leave Windows 10 install them via updates, apart of the NVIDIA.

Step 3: Remove Windows.old folder open cmd as administrator and type RD /S /Q %SystemDrive%\windows.old

Please let me know if the problem persist :)
