Hi sir...Windows update KB3000850 will not install on my computer. When the system reboots, it says it is unable to install update and is undoing changes.....I have run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and attached the output. Any advise would be greatly received!

Hi dheghel, Welcome

Please go to this site and read the information about this update.

Microsoft ® were aware of issues with this update, and I believe that they issued further 'patches' to rectify the matter.
I suggest that you perform a disc clean up before attempting to re-install this pesky update.
To perform a 'Clean Up' do this:
Go to the Desktop > Double click > My PC > Right Click > C: > Properties > Disk Clean Up.
Allow the PC to load the files that can be safely deleted; then, scroll down in the pop-up box and tick all boxes regarding Update logs etc.
(If you are not too sure which ones to tick, post back with a list and we will assist.)
This procedure may take sometime to complete; once the list is revealed and the necessary boxes ticked > delete files.
Windows® will then delete the files and finish.
Close all windows and reboot the computer.
This will give you a 'clean' re-installation of the update.
Post back with the results or any concerns.

Kind Regards,

Still not working sir...
