Failed to install Monthly Quality Rollup's since 07-2018 On Server's with SQL or Exch

Since the update KB4338818 every Monthly Rollup's fail on twelve (12) servers running Windows 2008 R2.
The common denominator is that they run SQL Server from different versions (2005 or 2008 R2).
Throughout the update period for ".NET" also failed. And last update (KB4459922) finally succeeded.
The latest update KB4462923 also failed.


Upload CBS file from all servers?

Based on what I'm seeing, it appears that the updates are rolling back. Please attach C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log.

Can you please uninstall your Antivirus product and retry updates?

I removed anti-virus installations, still failed after restart (at 15%)
Remember, there are 12 servers, with the common denominator being SQL.
