Hi,
I am having issues installing KB4467107 and more recently KB4467108 on Windows 7 Ultimate, other updates appear to be installing fine.

I have run the SFC /ScanNow and it came back clean, WUT reports an issue that it can't fix (Windows update error 0x800B0100) but then in the detailed information it reports that error was fixed.

I have tried a manual install of KB4467107 via it's cab file and an elevated command prompt and that fails.

Here is the link to download the CBS logs.
CBS.zip - Google Drive

I would appreciate any help you might be able to offer.

Thanks

Hello and welcome!

FRST Registry Search
1. Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
2. In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
3. Select the Programs group.
4. Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Windows Features dialog. Wait until this dialog populates with information. If this does not happen for some reason, please continue with the steps anyway.
Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps.
5. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
6. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
7. Copy and paste
7601.24263.1.4 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
8. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named SearchReg.txt.
9. You may close any remaining open windows now.

Thank you softwaremaniac, sorry I have taken so long to get back to you, I have been moving house this week :(

The Windows Features box did not populate but it was kept open for the scan, please find attached the results.

Cheers

Eddie

Something corrupted the files. Whether it was a sudden power loss/cancellation of an update or something else, I'm afraid I can't determine. Glad to hear it's working again!
