The System Reset option (saving files) should likely work (it is a bit easier to start, too). Just remember that you have to reinstall the programs you've added since you brought the machine home (or put it together ... I had hoped to look at your files today, but then a few clients called with emergencies [not too uncommon!])...
The in-place re-install is a bit trickier, since you have to have a "build" that matches. I believe that - luckily - your "build" of Windows 10 is the latest build (at least that is what your files show).... I believe you have version 1151, build 10586 ... When an in-place re-install works, you don't have to reinstall your programs.
Either way, it would be nice if that fixes things.
