Failed in-place upgrade windows server 2016

Hello,

I’m trying to upgrade from Windows Server 2016 to 2022. I get this error :

I’ve already stopped all the SQL services. I saw a post by Mr. @ceez , who fixed a similar issue by stopping SQL services (which I did) and another service called the Dynamics service. I'm not sure what this service is called exactly. Could you help me with this?

This task is driving me crazy—I’ve been stuck on it for two weeks now!
I’ve attached the log file.
