Facing error 0x800703f1 for windows update on Windows 11

I've tried installing updates for windows and it keeps giving me error 0x800703f1. It's not allowing me to update my drivers and I'm facing display issues. I've tried sfc(found corrupt files but couldn't fix them) and dism. I also tried installing a windows 11 iso but every time I try to install it, it loads for a while until around 60% and it fails. I even tried resetting windows altogether and it fails after 10 or so minutes. Very confused on what to do now.

Upload your DRIVERS Hive

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config and locate the DRIVERS file.
• Please copy this file to your desktop.
• Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
• Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named DRIVERS.ZIP on your desktop.
