Hi I've just bought a MSI GTX 1080 Seahawk EK X yesterday, currently running on the latest drivers.
I noticed that whenever the clock switches, my pc would stutter for 2-3sec, this happens every time the GPU clock changes.
Downloaded LatencyMon to check latency, and I've found whenever my GPU switches latency, the latency bumps up to 400,000 (Wdf01000.sys) & 150,000 (Dxgkrnl.sys). However, upon complete uninstallation of the graphic drivers, I no longer experience any stutter or observe any bumps in DPC Latency.
I have tried:
1. Cleaning drivers via DDU and reinstalling numerous times
2. Deleted HDAudio drivers from Nvidia

Any advice on how to pinpoint the issue is much appreciated! Thank you in advance
