explorer.exe was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

After I log in, I get that error message and once I log in, everything is white. I am able to open various programs via Windows Task Manager but much else other than a browser and the Command prompt. I've run the sfc /scannow and it'll complete 100% but it says:

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log"

I'm not sure what to do. Help would be greatly appreciated.

After searching for a good half the day, I just decided to back up my files and wipe my laptop, which has shown to be successful. No help needed.

I am sorry you had to resort to such drastic action. Sadly, that means nothing is learned to prevent recurrence - hopefully there will not be any.
